REGULAR SERVICING
Every technical equipment does need maintenance to function to its expectation. Preventative maintenance ensure that you can enjoy your WMF coffee machine for a long time, and you will have a reliable investment. It also assures that the coffee quality is maintained over long period of time and remain consistent just like when the machine was new.
Plant fats and oils as well as acids and other chemical elements are contained in the coffee beans and ground coffee. These substances are deposited in various points in the machine and, over time, do cause problems with the machine. These primary problems can cause in a secondary effect major problems with your machine which might be costly if unattended and will cause a major repair.
WHAT IS A SERVICE PACK ?
Professional service and preventative maintenance ensure that you can enjoy your WMF coffee machine for a long time, and you will have a reliable investment. Only a well-maintained machine can guarantee consistently superb coffee quality. That’s why our service technician will check your machine regularly and systematically, cleaning and descaling it if required. There are Service Kits available produced by the manufacturer, to replace certain wear-and-tear Parts before they break down and cause secondary damages, which can be serious.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
The service pack does include a one year maintenance of your coffee machines. During the visits we undertake a servicing and replace wear and tear parts. We also apply Service Kits as recommended by the factory. These parts, called Service Kits, are developed by the factory knowing the meantime between failure of each such part. A maintenance pack also includes the attendance to machine breakdowns or failure which is a genuine machine fault.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED
A maintenance pack does not include the attendance to machine breakdowns or failure due customer fault or non using of original WMF Cleaning Material. Eventual reprogramming of the machine is done during a service visit only. Any additional service shall be treated as Ad-hoc service.
COST OF YEARLY SERVICING
The cost of the Service Pack depends on the Model and the Age of the Machine. Machines older than 10 Years cannot enter any Service Pack, as Spare Parts are not available any longer.

Upon request, we issue a Service Pack Agreement, a simple document to regulate the servicing. Service Pack Agreements are issued for a period of one year and have to be prepaid.
